How Much Does an Oil Change Cost in Orem?
Oil change price depends on the oil type your engine needs, how many quarts it takes, and the filter. Many newer vehicles require full synthetic. These are our published service packages at participating locations:
| Package | Interval | Oil | Price per service |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProCare Service | 3,000 miles | Synthetic blend | $79.95 |
| Certified Service | 5,000 miles | Full synthetic, deluxe 7,500-mile filter | $119.95 |
| Master Oil Change | 7,500 miles | Full synthetic, premium 12,000-mile filter | $149.95 |
Vehicles needing more than the included quarts or specialty oil may cost more; we’ll tell you before we start.
What Orem Drivers Say
“I took my van in last week with a couple of issues. This was the best experience I have had with them. They communicated very well. They were friendly and informative. They were easy to work with… Maybe one of the best experiences I have had with any mechanic.”
Jason McCune
“I’ve been taking all my vehicles here for the last 5 years or so. They always do an efficient job! You do not need to worry about dishonesty when it comes to these guys. After taking my car for oil changes elsewhere and getting screwed over I even take my car here for just oil changes. Thanks for the great work!”
Sadie Green
“This is a shop that values their craft and respects their clients. I worked with Chet and found him to be very personable and professional. The technicians are fast and thorough. They are reasonable with their billing and charge for a fair amount of labor. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was incredibly impressed. 100% will be my regular shop and I will be recommending this place to my friends.”

How Often Should You Change Your Oil?
Engine oil lubricates moving parts, reduces friction and carries heat and dirt away. Over time it breaks down and protects less, which leads to wear, lost performance and eventually engine damage, so changing it on schedule is one of the cheapest ways to make an engine last.
Follow your owner’s manual first. As a rule, most vehicles need an oil change every 3,000 to 7,500 miles, or at least once a year even if you don’t drive much. Short trips in Utah County winters, towing, and dusty summer driving count as severe service and shorten the interval.
| Oil type | Typical interval |
|---|---|
| Conventional | 3,000–5,000 miles |
| Synthetic blend / high-mileage | About 5,000 miles |
| Full synthetic | Up to 7,500 miles (Master Oil Change) |
| Low mileage | At least once every 12 months |
