Is the Master Link really free?
Yes — book a Master Oil Change and we’ll include a Master Link at no charge. It’s yours to keep.
What does the Master Link actually do?
It plugs into the OBD-II port under your dash and connects your vehicle to the Master AutoTech app. Without it, the app can still book appointments and store your records, but it can’t read live data from your car.
Will it work on my vehicle?
Most cars and light trucks from 1996 onward have a standard OBD-II port. If yours doesn’t, we’ll tell you at your appointment.
Do I need the app to book?
No. Book with the scheduler on this page, fill out the form above, call your local shop, or walk in. The app just makes it faster next time.
Why is the Master Oil Change worth more per visit?
Because you need fewer visits. At 7,500-mile intervals it’s two services a year — $299.90 — versus $399.75 for five ProCare visits. Buy the same inclusions à la carte and you’d pay $214.95 per service instead of $149.95.
What is the $4,000 engine coverage?
It’s the Lifetime BG Protection Plan, a complimentary program from BG Products. Your engine qualifies when the first BG EPR service is performed before 50,000 miles, and coverage continues for as long as you keep up the required BG maintenance at our shops. Coverage is provided by BG, not Master AutoTech. Ask your service advisor for the full terms.
Can I add a tire rotation?
Yes — $19.95 with ProCare or Certified. It’s already included in the Master Oil Change.
Is every location participating?
All 31 locations are bookable through the scheduler. Confirm your Master Oil Change details with your shop when you book.
Does the app cost anything?
No. It’s free on the App Store and Google Play.
