Master AutoTech Logan does conventional, synthetic blend, high-mileage and full synthetic oil changes for drivers across Logan, North Logan and Providence on Main Street. Every oil change includes a multi-point inspection and fluid top-offs, and we’re open Monday through Friday.

How Much Does an Oil Change Cost in Logan?

Oil change price depends on the oil type your engine needs, how many quarts it takes, and the filter. Many newer vehicles require full synthetic. These are our published service packages at participating locations:

“I’m in the middle of a tricky rebuild on a classic and needed some very precise exhaust parts bent. I made templates but even still wasn’t 100% sure they would work. For older, simpler engines with light use. Change about every 3,000–5,000 miles.

High-mileage oil

For engines past 75,000 miles. Conditioners help reduce leaks and oil burning. About every 5,000 miles.

Synthetic blend

A step up in protection for daily drivers, towing and Utah temperature swings. About every 5,000 miles.

Required by many newer, turbocharged and European engines. Best cold-start protection. Up to 7,500 miles.

What’s Included in Every Oil Change

Every visit follows the same three steps:

Consultation. We look up your vehicle’s requirements and recommend the right oil and filter for how you drive.
Oil & filter replacement. We drain the old oil, replace the filter and refill with fresh oil to the correct level.
Multi-point inspection. A complimentary check of the items below, so small problems get caught early.

How Often Should You Change Your Oil?

Engine oil lubricates moving parts, reduces friction and carries heat and dirt away. Over time it breaks down and protects less, which leads to wear, lost performance and eventually engine damage, so changing it on schedule is one of the cheapest ways to make an engine last.

Follow your owner’s manual first. As a rule, most vehicles need an oil change every 3,000 to 7,500 miles, or at least once a year even if you don’t drive much. Short trips in Cache County winters, towing, and dusty summer driving count as severe service and shorten the interval.
