Master AutoTech Downtown State SLC services hybrid and electric vehicles for drivers across downtown and central Salt Lake City. We handle the everyday systems every EV and hybrid still depends on: brakes, air conditioning, tires, steering, suspension and alignments. Repairs are backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty*.
What we don’t work on: high-voltage battery packs and related high-voltage components. For battery work we’ll point you to your dealer, and we can still handle the rest of your vehicle’s service.

EVs skip oil changes, but they still need regular care. Because they’re heavier than gas cars, tires and suspension take more of a beating.

About Master AutoTech Downtown State SLC
We’re a family-owned shop that treats every vehicle like it belongs to a neighbor. Master AutoTech started as Master Muffler in 1963 and grew into Utah’s largest auto repair franchise, and this newer State Street shop brings that experience to central Salt Lake City. Every technician here earns ASE certification within 90 days of joining the team.
You’ll find us on State Street between 900 South and 1300 South, with Main Street one block west. 1300 South, two blocks south, leads west to I-15, and Smith’s Ballpark is a short walk southwest. Look for the red Master AutoTech entrance and pull into our lot on State Street.
