Classic Cars Open Hoods

In our humble opinion, there is nothing more inherently American than the freedom to go wherever you want. This is the freedom that is allotted to us by the open road and a good car, which is always at the heart of American mythology. Today, one of the ways that our communities celebrate this perennial ideal is through the traditional pastime of car shows. The people of Utah, in particular, have a prolific amount of events to celebrate our love of automobiles. Here are some of the best car shows in Utah, in our opinion…

Burger Stop’s Car Shows

If you have ever stopped for a meal in Layton, then you’ve hopefully been to Burger Stop, a local burger joint that is built on a foundation of tasty food and archetypal Americana nostalgia. One night on the last week of every month between April and October, this local classic hosts a car show with a different unique theme, from a Vegas/rockabilly-themed Casino night to their annual October “Trunk-or-Treat.” This fun car show brings in classic hot rods from all over the state.

Master Muffler Cruise Night

We might be a little biased, but if you love classic and custom cars, then our Master Muffler Cruise Nights will rev the engine of your soul! As a company, we take pride in our strong desire to give back to the community that has made us a Utah staple. Our cruise nights feature an array of exciting vintage cars, as well as state-of-the-art new ones. Attendees can enjoy delicious food, fun giveaways, and an adrenaline-pumping “Sound-Off” competition.

Utah Autorama

The Utah Autorama may not have the “community” feel of other car shows in our state, but it is one of the largest events in the state for petrolheads, gearheads, grease monkeys, and anyone who has a love of the open road. This annual spring event is sponsored by some of the largest names in the industry, from Summit Racing Equipment, to the International Show Car Association (or ISCA, for short). It also features popular guest speakers, as well as every major auto shop in the state.

Kulture Krash

For those who are looking for a more eccentric experience from their car show endeavors, then look no further than our very own Kulture Krash. Kurture Krash is a fall-season car show in Clearfield that is also an art auction and halloween show, featuring trunk-or-treating and a “Living Dead Girl” pin-up contest. This year, Kulture Krash is happening on October 8th.

Happy Driving!
